Unit 1 — IDA Medchal (2004)
- Built-up area: Two-plus acres
- Capacity: Two extrusion lines with a total capacity of 7,200 MT/year
- Production: 5,000+ unique sections
- Foundry & casting: Five-tonne tilting furnace with hot top casting; logs of 105 mm & 152 mm diameters
- Extrusion presses: 700 MT (105 mm, 2,400 MT) & 1,400 MT (152 mm, 4,800 MT)
- Sustainability: Rooftop solar plant generating renewable energy
Unit 2 — IDA Kondapur (2025)
- Built-up area: Six acres, with 50% dedicated to greenery
- Capacity: One extrusion line with a total capacity of 12,800 MT/year
- Foundry & casting: Two 10-tonne melting furnaces with hot top casting; logs of 105mm, 152mm & 228mm diameters
- Value-add: Homogenising facility for enhanced aluminum structure & quality
- Extrusion press: 3,000 MT (228mm, 12,800 MT capacity)
